A Shared Vision

As parents, we all ask important questions as we consider how to educate our children. How can we provide an academically rich environment where students learn how to think, not just what to think? Where they engage ideas of truth, beauty, and goodness, grow in their love for learning, and develop a thoughtful, authentic faith in Christ—while being supported within a strong, family-centered community?

Gloria Deo Academy began with questions like these. A small group of families, guided by prayer, shared a desire to create an academically excellent, spiritually focused, and family-minded school that would prepare students to live out their God-given calling with purpose and excellence.

Growing with Purpose

Founded in the fall of 2012, Gloria Deo Academy opened with fifty-seven students in Pre-Kindergarten and grades 2–9.

As enrollment grew, GDA expanded to serve grades K–10, adding classrooms while preserving a close-knit, family-centered culture. In 2014, an 11th-grade class was created, a science lab added, and several athletic programs were launched. By 2015, enrollment reached 175 students, and additional land was purchased to prepare for future growth.

In January 2020, GDA broke ground on Phase I of its gymnasium project. Campus growth continued in 2023  with the addition of the Little Schoolhouse and the Lion’s Den enhancing both early childhood spaces and student life areas. In the fall of 2025, Gloria Deo Academy acquired an additional nine acres to support long-term campus development.

A Community of Learning and Discipleship

Today, Gloria Deo Academy is a vibrant Christ-centered community where students are known, loved, and challenged. Through strong academics, flourishing athletic programs, and initiatives such as the House System, students are encouraged to grow in leadership, service, and faith.

In partnership with families, Gloria Deo Academy trains students to become lifelong worshippers, lifelong learners, and lifelong servants—prepared to pursue God’s calling with confidence and purpose.
