Choosing a school is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and a website can only tell you so much. Preview Day lets you see for yourself, ask whatever is on your mind, and leave knowing whether this is the right place for your family.
Your morning with us
- You’ll be welcomed. Check in under the tent, where staff will be ready and waiting to greet you. Follow the flags and friendly greeters to the Lion’s Den.
- You’ll walk our campus. Tour the outdoor campus with GDA administrators. See where Grammar School students (PK3 through 6th grade) play and eat lunch, and visit the Pavilion, the central community living room of GDA.
- You’ll see learning up close. Step inside a classroom and see what a day of learning could look like for your child.
- You’ll get your questions answered. Back at the Lion’s Den, learn how a Gloria Deo education is within reach for your family and how to apply.
- You’ll share lunch with GDA leadership and students. Ask them anything.
What a GDA education means for your student
Preview Day shows you the campus. This is what your child’s education looks like every day.
- A classical education. Your child learns the way thoughtful people have learned for centuries, in step with how children grow: learning facts, learning to reason, and learning to express truth with wisdom.
- A Christian education. Your child is taught truth in the light of God and His holy Word. Scripture is integrated throughout all subject areas, taught by gospel-professing believers from a historic Christian worldview, and the primary discipleship role that belongs to your family is supported.
- A collaborative education. You are your child’s primary instructor, and you won’t do it alone. Classes are designed to be supported by your involvement, and teachers work closely with you and your student to build lifelong discipleship and learning.
